POSTED 12/21/2011 -  Graham Police continue to look into the disappearance of Candace Shields. Candace was last seen on December 11, 2011 at approximately 2:30 AM by her grandfather at their residence in Graham. On December 15, 2011 Candace’s mother, who resides in San Antonio, came to the police department to report her daughter as missing.

To date, the Graham Police Department has received reports of possible sigh...tings in Graham and Mineral Wells, but to date, no concrete evidence exists to support these reports.

The Graham Police Department takes this report, and all missing persons reports seriously and is actively involved in investigating this incident. We are interviewing all people reported to possibly have information as to her whereabouts, but no new leads have developed at this point.

We urge anyone who has seen or had contact with Candace to contact Law Enforcement as soon as possible. The Graham Police Department number is (940)549-1212.

POSTED 12/16/2011 - Candice Shields was reported as a missing person to the Graham Police Dept. on 12-15-11 at 1:18 p.m.  According to the family she was last seen at her Grandparent's residence in Graham the evening of 12-10-11.  According to the family, Ms. Shields is reported to be three months pregnant.  There is not a known mode of transportation.  Ms. Shields is described as a white female, 20 years of age, 5'3", approximately 130 lbs.  Ms. Shields was reported last seen wearing a black hoodie, black and green pajama pants with an "Xbox 360" logo and white tennis shoes.  If anyone has any information, they can contact the Graham Police Dept. during normal business hours at 940-549-6441 or the Young County Sheriff's Office (24 hour number) at 940-549-1555.
